What “under $20” means for car games on Steam
Most “cheap car games” lists mix list prices and sale prices without saying which, so the price you click through to rarely matches. Here, car games under $20 means one of two things, and every pick says which: the list price is $19.99 or less, or Steam has dropped it to that level on sale. Each pick also shows its lowest recorded price from SteamDB, to help you judge a sale. This is the budget version of our guide to the best car games by what you do, so pick your itch: driving, wrecking or fixing cars.
